Then don't be a d*ck. We will do our best, but if you think swearing, threatening, or generally acting like a bully will get you anywhere, it won’t – it’ll get you a full refund and a polite wave goodbye.

BOLTS AND LOCKING BOLTS (OR NUTS)

We cannot accept damage to your vehicle if you do not use the wheel bolts provided.

DELIVERY

When will my new wheels be delivered? We aim to get all orders to you within 3 working days (estimated) Once we ship, you'll get an email from Palletways.

Which delivery company do you use? We use Palletways tracked delivery, you will receive email and text updates from Palletways. Please ensure you leave a mobile number instead of a home/office number and also your most up to date email address. You will be given a tracking number that you can follow online.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery? Ideally yes, to sign for them, but if you're happy for them to be left in a safe place, this can be arranged at your discretion with Palletways. Palletways will text you with a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any time taken off work to receive deliveries, therefore we will not be reimbursing any costs of taking time off work. Although we have strict procedures in place to avoid delays, sometimes they are inevitable, especially once your order has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays due to our courier. No delivery dates are guaranteed.

DRIVING IMPACT

Will they affect my drive/speed/road noise/mpg? We are aware that our wheel packages are helping lots of people feel more comfortable on the road. Naturally, speedos in the UK from factories are out by approx 6-8%. Our increase in the size of tyres, actually makes the speedo more accurate. Mpg is likely to drop depending on the tyre brand, some only as little as 2-3mpg with the BFG tyres being the highest at roughly 5-8pmg. Depending on the tyre brand chosen, you may notice no difference in noise at all. Some tyres are noisier than others.

INSURANCE AND MOT

Will the wheels affect my insurance or MOT status? Legally, no. Everything we provide will be MOT & insurance compatible and weight rated, therefore insurance will not be affected.

Do I need to let my insurance company know that I've fitted them? We recommend telling your insurance company that you've fitted them in case you wanted to cover them in your insurance premium. Naturally, insurance companies will charge extra for this cover.

ORDERING PROCESS

What is the ordering process? Once you have placed an order on the website, you'll receive an email confirmation plus a further 'top tips' email, please read the info as it could save many headaches. Shortly after, we will give you a call to confirm your order. As our packages are very niche, we'll sometimes need to confirm the stud pattern and specifications of your particular vehicle. This info is not always readily available with a registration check, especially if you have upgrades. If you have a Citroen Relay, Fiat Ducato or Peugeot Boxer, we may need you to check your stud pattern to confirm 5x118 or 5x130 before we ship (check your emails)

Can I call you to place an order? We can't take orders or payment over the phone (for your financial safety and ours) but if you want to call us and provide us with all the details we need, we can email you over an invoice to pay. â€‹â€‹â€‹

ORDER FITTING

Do you offer fitting? Yes. The only way we can guarantee fitting the wheels you want on the day you arrive is by placing an order online and choosing 'fitting.' Please wait 24 hours for us to call you to confirm your order & appointment before coming, especially if you are travelling a long way. 

Do they arrive balanced, ready to go straight on? Yes, when a package is bought, we fit and balance and then ship it out ready to go straight on your end.

Will I need new bolts and lockers? Not always, some wheels can take the original bolts. It is advised to get new though, just in case what you have currently won't be compatible. 

Do I need to get an alignment after the wheels have been fitted? No, but it is advised when changing 4 tyres to get the alignment at least checked, to catch any previous poor alignment issues.

Will they be load rated for my van? Yes, once you've chosen your wheels and tyres, we will require your registration number. Each package is then purpose-built specifically for your vehicle and stud pattern. We take a look at your front and rear axle load ratings and ensure that the package we are supplying, is safe and fully load-rated. Please let us know if you've upgraded the plate weights on any vehicles. We won't be able to tell this from reg plates.

Will I get a certificate of professional fitting? Yes, we will issue a signed document to confirm that we have safely and professionally fitted your package to your vehicle. You will also receive the correct recommended tyre pressures and torque settings and recommendations on how to look after the wheels. 

Should I try and fit the wheels myself? We would always recommend our approved, professional fitting services over fitting at home or at a local garage as we are very familiar with these set ups and can minimise any confusion over vehicle specifications. Unless you have the right tools at home and previous experience, please don't fit the wheels yourself. The wheel nuts/bolts will need to be tightened to strict manufacturers specs to avoid safety issues on the road. We will not be held responsible for any errors in fitting that didn't take place at any of our approved fitting sites.

ORDER COLLECTION

I've placed an order online, can I come and collect it? Yes, we can arrange collection. Get in touch to let us know a preferred collection date. Please do not arrive without confirming the stock is ready for collection.  We need at least 24 hours notice to process your order.

ORDER RETURNS

What happens if I want to return the wheels? If you change your mind and would like to return your purchase, we can arrange collection and offer a refund (if they haven't been fitted onto your vehicle or driven on) There will be a 10% restocking fee if you have simply had a change of heart. IF YOU MOUNT IT, YOU OWN IT! Any wheels that have been fitted to a vehicle are non-returnable. 

​Check your order for errors before fitting. Check the condition of the wheels upon arrival. 
All damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@roguealloy.co.uk (including sending photos)
If there is damage, we will offer an exchange. The wheel/s will be collected and once back to us, we will reissue new ones.

Do you offer trade discounts? Yes, get in touch via info@roguealloytrade.co.uk to see what we can do for your vehicle business.

Do you price match? No, as there are a lot of companies offering a drop-ship service with stock that isn't theirs. We have our stock to hand and therefore can offer a more efficient service. 

Do you offer price protection? No, we do not offer a price protection policy.

STOCK

Are all your wheels in stock? Yes! (for delivery) We only advertise wheels we have in our depots. We don't like the idea of selling something we can't get. If you don't see a brand listed, it means we don't currently have it to hand but can order it if you are happy to wait. Please note we don't stock every vehicle fitment/size/colour in our showroom.

Do you have a showroom? Yes, we have a showroom in Reading, perfect for browsing and getting some expert advice. We stock all of our products in Reading, however, sometimes we will require certain fitments for certain vehicles to be transferred overnight from our other depots. You will need to place an order online if you are wanting guaranteed fitting on the day of visiting us.

STUD PATTERN / PCD

What is a stud pattern? A vehicle's stud pattern, also commonly known as bolt pattern, bolt circle, lug pattern or PCD (pitch circle diameter) is determined by the diameter of a circle which runs through the centre of a wheels stud holes. Generally, there are 4, 5 or 6 stud holes. The stud pattern of any wheel or hub with an even number of holes can be measured from the inside of one hole directly across to the outside of the hole opposite. There is a video at the bottom of this page to give you more details on how to confirm your stud pattern.

TYRES

What all-terrain tyres do you recommend? We recommend the General Grabber AT3. With no road noise, no significant loss of mpg and great on and off-road.

Why don't you advertise tyre sizing and load rating? We know what fits, what doesn't, and what you need for your van so you don't have to waste time trying to work it out.

All you need to do is hit the 'select your vehicle' tab on our homepage or click here. Choose a wheel, choose a tyre and give us your registration number. Each package is then purpose-built specifically for your van. We take a look at your front and rear axle load ratings and ensure that the package we are supplying not only fits straight on without any mods or cutting, but is safe and fully load-rated.

How do I know what wheel and tyre combo will work? We do! Simply select your vehicle, choose a wheel, choose a tyre, leave the reg and we'll do the rest. We ensure 100% fitment prior to sending, that's our promise :)

Are all-terrain tyres winter approved? Yes, all of our all-terrains are winter, 3 peak snow approved. â€‹

UP-PLATING

Upplating a van involves increasing its maximum permissible weight, allowing it to carry heavier loads legally and safely. If you plan to up-plate your van in the future, please inform us so we can ensure the load rating on your wheels is sufficient.

​

VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS

Do I need to make any modifications or lift my van in order for the wheels to fit? No, all of our packages are a direct fit with a no-hassle, no-nonsense setup.

Everything must fit, without rubbing and without any cutting necessary. If you have amended your vehicle from factory, we will need

WHEEL CLEANING

What shall I use to clean my wheels? Most cleaners will do more damage than good. You need a PH neutral, acid and alkaline free. (Acids and alkalines will cause corrosion of the metail)

We've created our own Rogue Alloy Rinse, which is PH7.2. This cleaner has been designed and tested, and will not harm your wheels. Care instructions: SPRAY LIBERALLY ON YOUR WHEELS, ALLOW TO SIT FOR 30 SECONDS THEN RINSE. DO NOT USE ON HOT WHEELS. The wheel and nut/bolt metal will corrode if you don't use a pH-neutral cleaner.

WHEEL WARRANTY

Do your wheels come with a warranty*? All of our 'Rogue Alloy' wheels are tested to the highest standard and come with a lifetime warranty, so if you crack one, we'll replace it at no cost. To activate the warranty, you'll need to post a photo of your wheels on Google or Facebook. It's a free, lifetime, structural warranty which covers against buckles and cracks. It doesn't cover you against kerbing, cleaner corrosion or vandalism. The warranty doesn't cover brands such as 'Fox' or 'Calibre' as we don't manufacture their wheels. This goes for tyres also as we don't manufacturer those either.​
