Shipping policy

We deliver on secure pallets and aim to deliver in-stock orders within approximately 3 working days.

Delivery options and charges depend on your full address and the items in your basket. Enter your address at checkout to see any available delivery options. If no option is available, contact us for a quote before ordering. This also applies to the Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

You will receive a 2-hour window on your delivery date (you must provide a mobile number instead of landline).

We are not responsible for delays due to our courier. No delivery dates are guaranteed.

Do not book in for an external fitting until the wheels have been delivered.

Check the condition of the wheels upon arrival. All damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@roguealloy.co.uk (including sending photos).
